David Needham is a partner at the Krause and Kinsman Eminent Domain Law Firm. He practices in the areas of eminent domain, condemnation, property rights litigation, and real estate.

David has worked with clients throughout the Southeast and his cases have ranged in value from thousands of dollars to millions. He represents individuals and businesses in real property litigation and transactional matters. He regularly advises clients on matters relating to real estate, title, and secured transactions.

David is a Volunteer Guardian ad Litem attorney advocate for abused/neglected children in Wake County, North Carolina. The Guardian ad Litem makes sure that the child is not forgotten by serving as the child’s voice in court and advocating on behalf of the child for a safe, permanent home and for services the child might need.

David earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University in Political Science and Criminal Justice. David is licensed to practice law in the States of North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Virginia.

When David is not advocating on behalf of private property owners, he enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
