Kelvin L. Morris is a Trial Lawyer with experience successfully representing clients throughout Pennsylvania. He understands the importance of having an attorney that will work tireless for their client(s).
Kelvin is a graduate of Radford University, where he earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Political Science. He received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Kelvin is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
To hone his skills as a Trial Lawyer, Kelvin attended the country’s premier trial advocacy program, the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia. While there, he was immersed in study under the tutelage of some of the nation’s best trial lawyers and judges.
Kelvin strongly believes in the text of the 5th Amendment to the United States Constitution, which provides that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law. “For some people, their land is an extension of their body and so when someone or the Government is trying to interfere with their property rights, they feel violated. For this reason, I passionately represent my client’s interests,” says Kelvin.
Kelvin spent years traveling throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia working on behalf of landowners conducting title searches and drafting title opinions. Traveling through rural communities and meeting landowners in need of legal help is a passion of Kelvin’s.
Kelvin holds multiple leadership positions in both the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA) and Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA).
When Kelvin is not in the office preparing for a case or in the courtroom fighting for his clients, he spends much of his time enjoying nature. “Since I was a child, I always enjoyed spending time outdoors hiking, hunting, and fishing. Now as an adult, it’s my job to protect the very land I’ve always appreciated,” says Kelvin.
